I built Assignment LDN because I’d sat on both sides of this problem: inside businesses that were only as good as the room around the founder, and inside searches that mistook motion for progress.

Judgment isn’t a skill you can shortlist for. It’s the thing I look for first, and the only thing that’s never been automated.

Today I work with a small number of founders and COOs at a time, introducing them to the Executive Assistants, PAs and Chiefs of Staff who can change what their business is capable of. Most of my work comes through referral rather than advertising, and I’d rather do a handful of these properly than a high volume of them quickly.

Before this, I spent years on the inside of businesses much like yours, watching what good support actually looks like when it’s done right, and what it costs a founder when it isn’t.
